Monthly statements provide a detailed record of your account activity, holdings, and balances for each calendar month. This article explains how to find, view, and download your monthly statements.

Where to find monthly statements

  1. From your account’s home page, open the Docs & statements menu.
  2. Tap Monthly statements.

You’ll see a list of your available statements, sorted with the most recent month at the top (for example, Dec 2025). If a particular month has no statement available, it won’t appear in the list.

You'll also receive an email notification when a new statement is available. These emails are sent from notifications@investordelivery.com. If you don't see them, check your spam or junk folder, and add this address to your contacts so future notifications reach your inbox.

Viewing a statement

Tap any month in the list to open that statement. It will load as a PDF directly in the app so you can review it on-screen.

Downloading a statement

While viewing a statement, tap Download in the top-right corner to save the PDF to your device.
