Longbridge Referral Promotion

Participation in this referral promotion (“Promotion”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is offered by Long Bridge Securities LLC (“Longbridge”) to reward eligible customers who successfully refer new customers to open and fund a Longbridge U.S. brokerage account during the Promotion Period.

1.Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from October 9, 2026, 12:00 AM ET – December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). This promotion is intended to encourage new account opening and funding and does not require or incentivize trading activity. Only referrals that complete all qualifying actions within the Promotion Period will be eligible for rewards.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible as a referrer (“Referrer”), a participant must:

  • Have an active Longbridge U.S. brokerage account in good standing;

  • Be a legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older; and

  • Referrals of Invitees residing in the same household as, or who are immediate family members of, a Longbridge employee are not eligible

2.2 Invitee Eligibility

To be eligible as an invitee (“Invitee”), a participant must:

  • Be a legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older; and

  • Be a new Longbridge U.S. customer who has never previously opened or funded a Longbridge account;

  • Open an approved Longbridge U.S. brokerage account for the first time via the Referrer’s unique referral link during the Promotion Period; and

  • Complete an Eligible Deposit of $100 USD or more, and hold for 30 days, as defined below.

Each Invitee may only be counted once toward referral rewards.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for referral rewards, the following steps must be completed during the Promotion Period:

  • The Referrer navigates to the profile section of the Longbridge App by tapping the user avatar, and accesses the referral promotion page via the carousel banner

  • The Referrer copies their unique referral link from the referral promotion page and shares it with a prospective Invitee;

  • The Invitee uses the referral link to download the Longbridge App and successfully opens a brokerage account;

  • The Invitee completes an Eligible Deposit of $100 USD or more, held for a minimum of 30 days, which must be initiated and fully settled during the Promotion Period.

Deposits or transfers initiated or settled after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Rewards

4.1 Per-Referral Reward

  • The Referrer will receive $100 USD in cash for each Successful Referral.

A “Successful Referral” occurs when an Invitee completes all qualifying actions described in Section 3.

4.2 Cumulative Bonus Rewards

In addition to the per-referral reward, Referrers may earn the following one-time milestone bonuses:

  • $50 USD bonus upon reaching 3 cumulative Successful Referrals;

  • $100 USD bonus upon reaching 10 cumulative Successful Referrals.

4.3 Maximum Reward Cap

Total rewards paid to any Referrer — including per-referral rewards and milestone bonuses — shall not exceed $1,000 USD in the aggregate over any rolling 12-month period. Rewards that would cause a Referrer to exceed this limit will not be issued.

Cumulative bonuses are awarded once per Referrer when the applicable threshold is reached. Milestone bonuses cannot be earned more than once.

5. Eligible Deposit Definition

An “Eligible Deposit” includes:

  • Cash deposits via ACH or wire transfer; or

  • ACATS transfers-in of assets,

provided that such deposits or transfers are initiated and fully settled during the Promotion Period, and maintained in the account for a minimum of 30 days following settlement.

The following are not considered Eligible Deposits:

  • Internal transfers between accounts;

  • Promotional credits, rebates, or rewards;

  • Interest payments or borrowing proceeds;

  • Market value fluctuations of securities.

Please note, securities transferred through ACATS will be valued based on the market value of the transferred assets at the time the transfer is completed.

6. Reward Fulfillment

  • Per-referral rewards and milestone bonuses will be recorded once the Invitee’s Eligible Deposit has settled and the 30-day holding period has been completed;

  • Cash rewards will be credited to the Referrer’s brokerage account within one (1) to three (3) business days after qualification;

  • All rewards are credited in U.S. dollars.

  • Longbridge reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards pending fraud review or verification.

  • Longbridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for the Promotion and whether a referral qualifies as a Successful Referral. All determinations by Longbridge shall be final.

7. Limitations and Anti-Fraud

  • Each individual may maintain only one Longbridge brokerage account. A Referrer may refer multiple Invitees, subject to the reward limit in Section 4;

  • Self-referrals, reciprocal referrals, or referrals associated with the same SSN, device ID, IP address, bank account, or other strong identifiers may be disqualified;

  • Longbridge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

  • The referral program is intended for personal, non‑commercial use only. Referrers may not promote referral links through paid advertising, sponsored content, or commercial solicitation

  • Referrers may only share their referral link and must not make statements regarding investment performance, trading strategies, or expected benefits of opening a brokerage account or accepting any compensation from Invitees.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

  • Longbridge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Rewards earned prior to any modification or termination of this Promotion will be honored.

  • Receipt of a referral reward does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

  • Rewards may be subject to tax reporting. Referrers are responsible for all applicable taxes. Referral rewards may be reported as “Other Income” on IRS Form 1099-MISC.

  • In the event of any conflict between translated versions and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

  • These Terms incorporate by reference the applicable terms of the Customer Agreement, including its arbitration and class-action waiver provisions. The agreement is available here.

  • This promotion may not be available in all jurisdictions and is subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By participating in this offer, you agree that any dispute between you and Long Bridge Securities LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees arising from this agreement or the use of Longbridge’s services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of FINRA, as detailed in the Terms of Services and the Long Bridge Securities Customer Services Agreement.
