  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  4. Check the To field below the amount. This shows the destination bank account. Tap it to open the account selector and choose a different bank if needed.

Which bank accounts you’ll see

The account selector shows different accounts depending on the withdrawal method you chose:

  • ACH: Only bank accounts that are verified for ACH transfers.
  • Wire: All of your linked bank accounts.

To link a new bank account, tap Add an account in the account selector.

  1. Tap Next once the amount is valid and passes all checks.
  2. Review the confirmation screen. It shows your withdrawal amount (displayed as a negative figure), the destination bank, and any applicable wire transfer fee.
  3. Tap Withdraw now to submit.

After submitting, you will see a success screen showing:

  • The withdrawal amount
  • The withdrawal initiation date
  • An estimated completion note (ACH: 1–3 business days; Wire: up to 1 business day)

Tap OK to return to the Transfers page.

Understanding Withdrawal Limits

Available to withdraw

This is the maximum you can currently withdraw, based on your available account balance. It is shown below the amount input on the withdrawal screen.

Note
Funds deposited via ACH are subject to a 5-day hold before they can be withdrawn via ACH or Wire. This hold period may affect your available balance shown here.

ACH daily limit

ACH withdrawals are subject to a daily limit of $50,000. The maximum amount you can withdraw is the lesser of:

  • Your available balance, and
  • $50,000 minus the total amount of ACH withdrawals submitted today with a status of Initiated, In Progress, or Completed.

Withdrawals submitted on non-working days count toward the next working day’s limit. The limit resets at 15:30 ET on each working day.

To see a breakdown, tap the ⓘ icon next to You can withdraw up to on the withdrawal screen.

Over-limit Error
If the amount you enter exceeds your balance or daily limit, the amount field will be highlighted in red. Enter a lower amount and try again.

Minimum withdrawal amount

A minimum withdrawal amount may apply, depending on your account configuration. If your entered amount is too low, the screen will show: You’ll need to withdraw at least $XX.XX (this includes any applicable bank fee).

Wire Withdrawals That Require Manual Review

If you submit a wire withdrawal and Longbridge detects that within the past 60 days your account received an ACH deposit from a different bank account, the withdrawal will be flagged for manual review.

In this case, the confirmation screen will show:

  • This withdrawal requires manual review.

After submission, the success screen will display:

  • This withdrawal requires manual review. Once approved, the wire transfer will be processed within approximately 30 minutes.
Note
Manual review is a security measure to protect your account. No action is required from you beyond submitting the request. Our team will process it as quickly as possible.

Canceling a Withdrawal

You can cancel a withdrawal only while it is in the Initiated status (the earliest stage, before it has been sent for processing).

  1. Go to Transfers > Transfer history.
  2. Tap the withdrawal record you want to cancel.
  3. On the detail page, tap Cancel withdrawal.
  4. Tap Yes, cancel to confirm.
Note
Withdrawals can only be canceled before they reach the In progress status. You will see a message indicating the current status if cancellation is unavailable.
