Terms & Conditions

Participation in this promotion (“Promotion”) constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. The Promotion is offered by Long Bridge Securities LLC (“Longbridge”) to provide eligible customers with complimentary market data subscriptions upon funding their Longbridge U.S. brokerage account during the Promotion Period.

This promotion is intended to enhance the trading experience of new and existing customers and is not intended to incentivize trading activity. Customers are not required to place any trades to qualify for this promotion.

1.Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from October 9, 2026, 12:00 AM ET – December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

  • All approved new and existing customers (as determined by Tax ID) who fund and settle their Longbridge account during the Promotion Period.

  • All eligible customers must be legal U.S. residents and ages 18+ years as of the date of participation.

  • Follow the steps of “How to Participate.”

3. Definitions

3.1 Eligible Account

A Longbridge brokerage account opened, approved, and in good standing during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Qualified Funding Amount

Total cash deposits and asset transfers in, minus any withdrawals or asset transfers out, measured during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Participate

To participate and receive a market data subscription, an eligible customer must:

  • Open and fund a brokerage account by tapping “Discover my edge” on the homepage.

  • Connect your bank and deposit funds (ACH/wire) or initiate an ACAT transfer-in of securities.

  • Complete funding (via cash deposit or asset transfer) that results in a Qualified Funding Amount meeting one of the subscription tiers below.

  • Most approvals are completed within 1–2 business days; additional documentation may be required.

Please note, deposits must both be initiated and fully settled during the Promotion Period to qualify for the promotion.

5. Rewards

5.1 Market Data Subscription Tiers

Upon meeting the applicable Qualified Funding Amount, eligible customers will receive complimentary access to the corresponding market data subscriptions for a period of ninety (90) calendar days (“Subscription Period”), as set forth below:

Tier 1 – Deposit or transfer in $100 or more:

  • Consolidated U.S. Market Data (including OTC real-time)

  • NBBO (National Best Bid and Offer)

Tier 2 – Deposit or transfer in $2,000 or more:

All Tier 1 subscriptions, plus:

  • Nasdaq TotalView Level 2 Quotes

  • Blue Ocean Level 2

The two tiers are independent and may be earned simultaneously within the same Promotion Period. A customer who meets the Tier 1 threshold will receive the Tier 1 subscriptions; upon subsequently meeting the Tier 2 threshold, the customer will additionally receive the Tier 2 subscriptions. Each tier is evaluated and awarded separately based on the customer’s net Qualified Funding Amount at the time the applicable threshold is first reached.

5.2 Eligible Funding Methods

Qualifying deposits include cash deposits (ACH or wire transfer) and inbound securities transfers (ACAT). The market value of transferred securities will be determined based on the closing price of each security on the trading day immediately preceding the date the transfer is received and settled by Longbridge.

5.3 Subscription Activation and Period

The 90-day complimentary Subscription Period begins on the calendar day immediately following the settlement date of the deposit or transfer that establishes the customer’s qualification for the applicable tier (the “Qualifying Settlement Date”).

Market data subscriptions will be activated in the Longbridge app within two (2) business days of the Qualifying Settlement Date. Customers will receive an in-app notification upon activation.

The Subscription Period runs for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from Day 1. After the Subscription Period expires, continued access to the applicable market data will be subject to the then-current subscription fees published in the Longbridge app.

5.4 Marketing Communications Disclaimer

Any market data product or subscription shown in connection with this Promotion, including in marketing communications, in-app displays, or promotional materials, is presented solely as a description of the subscription benefit available under this Promotion and does not constitute a recommendation to engage in any particular trading strategy or invest in any security.

6. Other Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old with a valid Social Security Number. Employees, contractors, or individuals affiliated with Long Bridge Securities LLC or any of its affiliates, members of their household, and employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible for this offer.

  • The market data subscriptions in this program are offered by Long Bridge Securities LLC. Long Bridge Securities LLC and Longbridge AI Technologies LLC are indirect, wholly owned subsidiaries of Longbridge. The Longbridge App is a trading platform developed by Longport Technologies LLC. Securities products available through the Longbridge App are offered by Long Bridge Securities LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a member of FINRA and SIPC.   • This offer includes two subscription tiers, each of which can be claimed once per account. No more than one account per person may participate in this promotion. You must have an approved and funded brokerage account with Long Bridge Securities LLC to receive any promotional market data subscription. This offer cannot be reacquired by reopening a previously closed account.

  • Market data subscriptions provided under this Promotion are for informational purposes only. Long Bridge Securities LLC and Longbridge AI Technologies LLC do not provide investment advice or recommendations. Receipt of market data subscriptions does not constitute investment advice.

  • Longbridge reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at its discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Each user may only register one trading account. If your Longbridge account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity—including, but not limited to, use of multiple accounts—Long Bridge Securities LLC may, at its sole discretion, cancel your subscription(s) and limit your eligibility for future promotions.

  • Each customer is eligible for each tier only once during the Promotion Period.

  • Additional restrictions may apply and will be posted on the Longbridge App or website prior to taking effect.

  • Please consult your tax advisor for guidance on the appropriate tax treatment of any benefit received under this offer. Long Bridge Securities LLC is not responsible for any tax consequences related to this promotion.

  • In case of discrepancies between translations and the original English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

  • These Terms incorporate by reference the applicable provisions of the Customer Agreement, including its arbitration and class-action waiver provisions. The agreement is available here.

  • This promotion is subject to applicable regulatory requirements and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

  • Participation in this promotion does not require the use of advisory services and does not affect any investment recommendations provided through the platform.

  • Longbridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for the Promotion and whether a customer has satisfied the requirements of these Terms. All determinations by Longbridge shall be final.

7. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be resolved in accordance with the applicable arbitration provisions of the Terms of Service and Customer Agreement.
