You can find your 8 digit account number on an account statement or a trade confirmation. If you have not received an account statement or trade confirmation, you can also find your account number by navigating to the transfers screen in the mobile app.

Finding your account number on a statement or trade confirmation

  1. Login to the Longbridge app

  2. Navigate to the portfolio page

  3. Scroll until you find the Docs & Statements button and click to open

  4. You will see a menu showing monthly statements, trade confirmations, and tax documents. Your account number will appear on page 1 of the account statement and page 1 of the trade confirmation.

Finding your account number through the transfers screen

You do not need to process a transfer to view your account number, the following steps will simply show you how to locate the account number.

  1. Login to the Longbridge app

  2. Navigate to the portfolio page

  3. Scroll until you find the Transfers button and click to open

  4. Click the deposit option

  5. Click the wire option

  6. Under the Payee Reference/ FFC heading, you will find your account number.
